How Asinine Can American Politicians Become?

Just when you think you have seen our lawmakers commit the most hypocritical or dumbest policy suggestion another at its heels tops it. American lawmakers have lost all ability to use common sense once they cross the Washington Beltway. The constitution has been replaced by the rules of political correctness and the rule of law has been replaced with chaos and stupidity. The law abiding taxpayer in America has gotten the shaft while the law breakers and the entitlement crowd gain more and more importance through the purchasing of their votes by left wing democratic political leaders. Our nation has been turned over to a gang of thugs who make up the rules as they go as long as it benefits those who won’t work, do not belong or plot to destroy our country. We have allowed those who never contribute to be paid a living by those who seek office for their votes alone at the cost of ever increasing taxation to the taxpayer who is never represented in Washington. Our political leaders on both sides of the isle spend our hard earned money at record setting pace growing our national debt to the point that our very own children will never have the opportunities of the former American dream. These political whores we call leaders have sold out our national security by ensuring porous borders that allow any enemy combatant into our lands and refuse to end the terrorist assault against our people and servicemen worldwide out of fear of being labeled insensitive. Now when holding hearings on the radicalization of Muslim extremism in America these liberal liars who hate America accuse Representative King of NY of being another McCarthy and singling out Muslims as a whole. These fools would have us to believe that Muslims are a peaceful people regardless of the fact that they sit silent whenever there is a terrorist attack against our land or our military personnel. Our country is full of Muslim Mosques all around our nation which raises money and trains terrorist right under our noses yet the loony liberal left come running to their defense and shout racism at anyone who challenges these enemies of ours. One question of mine is how and why we have so many Arab people living in our land with the freedom to pass back and forth to their native Arab lands? What are they doing here other than to destroy our way of life? They are not content to live in our land as Americans, no; they wish to replace our constitution with Shariah Law, the most hideous and racist of all law known on earth. The Democrats do nothing but aid these people to the detriment of our own society and culture. It is time that Americans fight back against these politicians by calling them out and voting them out. Stand up Americans while you still can!

Why Re-Elect Pickpocket Politicians?

At this time and age we currently live in with our economy in dire straits we look to our leaders foolishly for an answer to the questions we have about our present circumstances, as incredible as that may sound to those of us who understand that it is because of the terrible decisions of our leaders past and our leaders present that we find ourselves in such tremendous economical troubles. How is it possible that we continuously overlook this simple fact, forgive it and repeat our same very mistakes? Do we not find ourselves in a more precarious financial situation than we did the last every time? As we find ourselves burdened by a national debt that could never be paid within our lifetime we are currently at higher levels of unemployment and more and more people shifting from the unemployed into the roles of welfare recipients. How does our current government take action on these facts? They go on a spending spree of billions upon billions of taxpayers dollars and spend it on useless or unproven programs that our country has nothing to show for it in return. Our government railroads its citizens with the take over of the world’s best, yet expensive health care system and turns it into a money gobbling monster that will surely ruin us financially. At every move the president proposes or enacts legislation to take more money from the pockets of the middle class working person and throw it at a program or individuals that do absolutely nothing to deserve the lottery sized windfall while the working class families struggle to make ends meet on their ever decreasing salaries. Do those who have made a career riding on free parking, collecting welfare checks ever see a decrease in their monthly cash handouts? Why of course not! The working family has to work more hours or take on additional part time work to cover the short fall of income caused by heavy and unfair taxation and inflation due to the falling value of the American dollar. The middle class taxpayer must work to the satisfaction of his employer lest he or she be fired and lose their job, but where is the requirement of the welfare recipient to perform or produce in exchange for the unearned monies they collect? A working family of the middle class is considered fortunate if they have family insurance coverage in the event that they become ill and need medical treatment whether they must pay co-pay at the doctor’s office or come up with extra money for treatments not covered along with very expensive pharmaceuticals required to make someone become healthy again. If one on public assistance becomes ill they are treated and provided medications at the cost of taxpayers, again, for nothing of value given in return. Why in such times as these when the taxpayer must face higher taxes and lower wages, should those on public assistance not receive less as well? I believe in the golden rule myself. I believe we should do unto others as we would have them do unto us! But does this golden rule not apply to them as well? As for our politicians who have put us in this position, including those who choose to be ward’s of the state, why would anyone in their right mind return them back into office to do only more of the same at a higher cost the next go around? The only difference we will ever see from allowing more of the same will be to see less take home pay on our checks. How much more can you afford to be stolen from the fruits of your labor until you find it more beneficial to stop work and reach out your own hand to the government?

Will Freedom Ring Again?

I did a little reading about the Revolutionary War this afternoon just to brush up a little on my history. Lord knows when I was in school I studied everything but the books but I do have memories of learning of our Founding Fathers and the great sacrifices that the new American people suffered in order to be their own country free of tyranny. Most of these people were dirt poor. Even some of the great politicians such as Samuel Adams had nothing to speak of but a chance to live free and pursue the American dream. These people lived in a time where all they could do was break their backs everyday to ensure that their family had adequate shelter, food, and clothing to wear to withstand the elements of harsh winters and sweltering summers. The American knew that in this land they had an opportunity to forge out a living and even possibly a chance to use their talents and hard work in order that they even had a shot at becoming rich. This was incredible because the land in which their forefathers left behind there were no such opportunity. In that land far away they were merely serf’s serving the Crown of England and forced to serve the religion that the Crown ordered them to follow. In that land there was little to strive for. These American’s not only suffered the elements but also the fear of attack from Indians that would sneak in and slay their whole village if caught of guard. But yet they stayed on working towards the dream of being totally free from oppression. Success for the colonist existed but they were still under the cloud of England putting restrictions upon them and adding taxes that burdened their efforts and yet the Crown worried over their success to the point that they tried to control their growth by adding even more taxes on imports and exports. The Crown began Requiring a stamp or seal on anything of value that was expensive to purchase and also the right of the King’s men to enter their homes for inspection and or for their own use. This did not sit well with the Colonist and the people began to revolt first by creating underground markets with other countries, then by fighting the Redcoats that were sent to reclaim order. Eventually, the oppression became intolerable for the people and the decision to revolt was made. It was not an easy decision and not all of the colonist approved. But the frustrations from oppression was to great that were levied upon them that those who wanted to be free were willing to fight and die than to be controlled by England thousands of miles away by taxes without representation. The Revolutionary War began and England sent her heavily trained and successful Army to the shores of America to fight the American who were grossly outnumbered and ill equipped to fight such a great force as hers. The English predicted victory within weeks if the American’s even dared to fight their great Army. As history shows us the Americans fought and won despite being outnumbered, starved, cold, and even without enough firearms and cannons. The driving force behind this victory was the desire for the American’s to be free. Even the greatness of England’s military might was no match for the compelling force in the hearts of this ragtag American people to be free. They fought on to victory and won their Independence. In America today we have strayed so far from the meaning of freedom that we do not even consult the events that took place at our beginning to recognize the dangers of an oppressive government. We have allowed our public educational system to replace these stories of greatness that purchased our freedom with trivial and useless information as a substitute for the knowledge that should be engrained into the minds of our children. Our children should learn the struggles their ancestors withstood, the wars they were forced to fight for freedom, and the hard work that paved the way to build the greatest country in the history of mankind. We Americans have fallen asleep in the comfort of security which our great military has provided us and have allowed the ranks of our politicians to introduce taxation for entitlements that would enslave Americans and steal their hope of opportunity. We ignored these politicians who replaced the message of pursuing the American dream with hard work and education with a message that told the people that the government should be sought out to care for their needs. These politicians twisted the truth and have diligently changed the text of our history taught to our youth in order to remove that desire of independence from the minds of our young so that they would seek help from the government to provide all of their needs instead of reaching deep within themselves to strive to make their own way in life. We slept while these politicians condemned the American dream and called the successful greedy and immoral. We slept as the politicians condemned those who worked hard and cleaved to the Founding Fathers principles and called them racists, bigots, and right wing extremist. We slept. Now these politicians have complete control over the government and we Americans recognize the oppression and many have awaken to the plots of tyranny that are before us. We allowed them to govern outside of our constitution and take our freedom of choice for health care away from us and mandate the purchase of government health care that most Americans do not want. But it was too late. We woke up much too late. How much further will the government overstep and trample on our rights before the people begin to call for another revolution? Will that be necessary or will the rest of America’s citizens come to their senses and wake up to the mounting oppression in Washington? Over the next few months we will be told by the government that those who oppose them are violent people, criminal people, and racist by nature. Those who seek their original freedoms will be labeled as hate groups and violent extremist in an attempt to keep the ranks of their opposition from growing. How many will believe their propaganda? How many will again fall back to sleep after eating the scraps thrown from the table of this government in Washington? Let’s hope that Freedom Rings again.

Have American's Waived Their Rights?

At what point will American’s wake up and educate themselves about their own rights? We live in a country, the only country that guarantees its citizens more rights than any nation in the history of the world. This is guaranteed whether you were born rich or in the deepest levels of poverty. You have rights guaranteed whether you have white, black, red, yellow or brown skin. These rights are guaranteed whether you are Catholic, Protestant, Buddhist, or any religion known to man. These rights are guaranteed to forbid the government from taking those rights away from you. They also extend this by providing the right to bear arms to ensure you are able to retain these rights against any tyrannical government which desires to remove these rights from you, including our own. Americans have taken for granted these rights which have never before been bestowed upon the citizens of any nation to the point that they do not even recognize or care when these rights have been trampled upon or removed. We Americans have forgotten or neglected our own power to choose a representative that best reflects the morals and concerns we seek to be lobbied upon our government in our stead. We have allowed ourselves to be taxed to the stressing point of that which prevents us the ability to achieve prosperity by our own hand. How many more taxes will the American people allow themselves to be subjected to until we become mere working slaves of the government? There are some that believe we have already become enslaved to the government by taxation. Why do we Americans allow our President and politicians to make oaths and promises to us only to inevitably see them become bold faced lies? Why do we stand for this? Why do we allow our government to tax us for those who refuse to work by the sweat of their own brow? Instead, we allow the idle to be rewarded for their lack of contribution. Why do we allow our politicians to become instantly corrupted by campaign financing which puts the special interest groups before the citizen the politician promises to serve? Can you serve both? Absolutely not! Why do we allow political parties to choose and endorse who we vote for? Have they not become corrupted by lobbyist and campaign funds from special interest groups and agenda’s? Was this the system that our Founding Fathers approved of? I think not! How much more will our citizens allow before we must stand together and subject our government to be governed by us, We The People?

We Elect Politicians Below Our Own Standards

I worry about the future of our country mainly because of the lackadaisical attitudes of American voters coupled with their inability to stand on their own principals by demanding their own representative’s vote in accordance with those principals. The mainstream media who has been in bed with those politicians or political parties who oppose traditional American values have forsaken their own creed to report facts in order to bolster support for these in opposition or simply spin their stories to defend them while the American public continues to accept a press that has lost all credibility. Too many American’s even fall for the deceit although time and time again their interpretations prove false. Either Americans are easily deceived or they are too lazy to examine the facts and make an educated deduction of which source of current news or political rhetoric they should accept to be true. It is truly amazing how many corrupt and crooked politicians control the policy in this country from local town seats all the way up to the Presidency, and yet we American’s allow it. The politicians have no power that the voters do not allow and dissatisfaction in our government is reaching record peaks. What will the voters do? I would guess that they will do what they have been doing for the last fifty to sixty years in this country. They will believe that the politician seeking office is being truthful about what they promise and fall for every lie that is spat forth from their mouths leaving us in even far worse condition than before. Why? Because we do not hold our politicians to the traditional standards that we hold ourselves to. People seem to believe that it is okay for politicians to be crooked as long as they throw us a bone from time to time. Our government expects us to pay our taxes in full and on time from our earnings while under the threat of having the IRS to come take away everything we own yet the government has no constraints on how they spend our hard money. In fact, every tax dollar that is deducted from your payroll has already been spent years ago due to the incredibly insane deficits that they keep increasing because the tax money they have collected is 12 Trillion dollars short of what they have spent. And we allow it! Think on this for a moment. The current congress has voted to raise the debt ceiling by 1.9 Trillion dollars because they are afraid the country will not be able to pay its bills. No, the country cannot pay its bills because it is spending our hard earned tax dollars at an enormous rate higher than they collect! In other words they voted to spend 1.9 Trillion dollars more that the country does not have on top of what our deficit is now! That is 14.3 Trillion dollars in debt! Imagine if your family earned $50,000 per year and you were in debt to the tune of $250,000 then you decide that you still need more things so you decide that you are going to raise your debt ceiling to 1 and a half Million dollars. How long would it be before everything you owned was sold off in a public auction? Not long at all. But we allow our representatives to do this? Well who are the stupid ones? We are! I don’t have to even mention the tons of social issues that have placed this country in tremendous debt or weakened the moral fabric of this country. All of this and more because we do not hold our politicians to the same standard we have to, and choose to live by. What a crying shame!

Sleep to Slavery

I just feel my head spinning around on my shoulders from all the nonsense I keep hearing from our wonderful elected officials, or am I just experiencing vertigo in my brain as it continues to try to sort through and filter all the Bull Stein that flows into my ears from the TV and radio airwaves? I remember when the children’s channel Nickelodeon began on cable way back when. I think it was during the 80’s, but anyway, there was a skit they had on one particular show called “Opposite Day” or something similar where in the skit everything they did was opposite from reality or rules of nature such as the family cat taking the children to school, or the Popsicle would be licking the kid etc, etc. well it feels like to me that every time I listen to a politician speak, he or she is saying something that defies logic or common sense. Am I the only one here picking up on this? Example: Job’s Created or Saved. How can you get a fixed number on something speculated or unknown? Example: Healthcare reform. “It will not cost the tax payer one additional dime!” No Sir, it won’t! It will cost a Hell of a lot more than on additional dime! I wonder, are we really listening to these fools, or are we the fools marching in lockstep to the spoken orders of the great Savior? Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain Folks! Remember this one? “We will broadcast the health care deliberations live on C-SPAN’. We could go all the way to the extreme of my point to such foolishness of Al Gore’s billion dollar business of Global Warming that so many millions of people are stupid enough to believe. Has our country reached the level of a Godless society such as Sodom and Gomorrah that we cannot even recognize the simple truths of common sense and reality anymore?  Are we so ignorant in our Government’s assessment of us as educated Citizen’s that they feel we can be so easily duped by lies, scams and political rhetoric? We must be because we sit on our fat laurel’s and allow them to continue to force feed us with lies at our own expense then re-elect and send them straight back to Washington with the power to rob us. I believe it is taking too long for American’s to wake up out of their Rip Van Winkle sleep to the fact that there are being stripped of all their rights one at a time while Obama works on his plan to enslave them. Don’t think so? You will be seeing the formation of his Citizen Security Forces soon. Hey, every Hitler needs an SS internal police squad to keep everyone in check. A.C.O.R.N. will be a great starting place and they are quite gifted with terrorizing their target enemies door to door. But don’t worry you can relax a while longer enjoying your big flat screen TV. I am sure he won’t rush into it as quick as he did with dismantling our Health Care system!
